Fantastic quality glass optical scales digital readout scales.

The slide carrier of this series of scales uses a five bearing design for the optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market.

• The glass grating slideways are lapped and JIS standard P5 grade bearings are used to achieve smooth and accurate movement and long working life.

Designed to work in conjunction with:

• Warco DRO counters - 2 Axis / 3 Axis (Item No. 5102 / 5101)

• Other DRO counters including Easson branded type.

Wide variety of machine applications for these scales - both lathes and milling machines of all sizes. Range available runs from 100mm to 1500mm.

Notes

• For overall length of the scales, add 133mm to travel (measurement in the table above refers to scale travel - or measuring length).
• Scales are supplied for self fitting if bought online.
• These scales have a slightly larger section compared to the regular Warco DRO scales, so are more suited to larger machines.
• For small to medium sized lathes or mills, find narrow section alternative scales here.
