Payment methods we accept include:

• Credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. For online orders we can also accept American Express*
• Debit cards including Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Maestro
• Paypal
• Bank transfer
• Cheque
• Postal order

We never charge you fees for credit cards, Paypal or any other type of payment. 

*For phone or in-person orders, we are unable to accept American Express due to a different payment provider, thanks for understanding.

Secure online payments

When you buy from warco.co.uk, all of your details are kept secure. We use a minimum of 256 bit SSL encryption throughout the order process.

When placing an order, you can check the security of the page at any time by clicking on the padlock icon on your browser. This will confirm that you are using an encrypted connection and that your personal details are being kept safe.

We only use payment processing companies with global reputations for managing transactions with the highest levels of security and protection against fraud.

All payments are handled independently by payment processors on their own secure and fully encrypted systems. We never save any credit card information.

Account facilities

Education, government and other UK public sector establishments are always welcome to have open account facilities.

Payment terms are settlement in 30 days from delivery date.

Ordering offline

In addition to buying on warco.co.uk, you're welcome to place an order by:

• Phone
• Email
• Post
• In person from our showroom or from a show like the Warco Open Day. 

Payment processing timeline

For online orders, payment is automatically taken when you place an order. This also applies to in-person transactions using a card machine.

Otherwise, for example orders placed over the phone, our policy is to process payment just before despatch. 

Payment is only taken for items that are in stock. Full payment is not due until the stock is available. You can pre-order any out of stock product without paying in advance.

Payment in full is required before despatch for all orders. For bespoke machines, for example those having digital readout equipment installed, payment is required before the work is undertaken in our workshops.
