• Chrome molybdenum headstock gears, hardened and ground.
• Large diameter spindle is supported by taper roller bearings.
• 80mm spindle bore.
• Very quiet operation.
• Solid, extremely high quality bed casting - cast iron for added rigidity.
• Hardened and ground sideways.
• Saddle slideways are Turcite-B coated.
• One shot lubrication system to slides.
• Jogging button.
• Offset tailstock facility.
• Five position carriage stop.
• Telescopic leadscrew covers.
• Removable gap bed to allow a 660mm swing.
• Universal gearbox for inch, metric and module threads -  lever selection means change gears not required.
• All thread cutting pitches selected through gear box, no need to change individual gears.
• Full DRO system supplied and fitted.
