Delivery prices

* Postage and packaging within mainland UK is free for orders over £50 for the majority of orders, with the following exceptions:

• Machinery weighing 500kg or more - delivery price varies according to size, weight and location; subject to quote.

• Spare parts - minimum delivery charge is £4.50.

• Stands or trays ordered without a machine - delivery price is £50, but there's no extra charge if ordered at the same time as a machine.

• Used machinery - delivery price varies according to size, weight and location.

• For orders under £50 - UK mainland delivery is £6.50.

Christmas Deliveries:

ORDER DEADLINES FOR DELIVERY* BEFORE CHRISTMAS:

• Machines & pallet items: 12midday on 20^th December 2024
• Accessories & small tooling: 12midday on 23^rd December 2024 (Next Day Delivery)

*We always try our best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, however, once we have shipped the item we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we are at the mercy of any adverse conditions that affect our carriers.

Tooling delivery

Small tooling (non-machinery) orders are packed and despatched within 1-2 working days, and will usually arrive within within 2-5 working days for UK mainland customers from receiving payment, subject to stock.

Couriers used for this type of UK delivery:

• DHL (for most tooling courier deliveries)

• Royal Mail (for small parcels)

Machinery delivery by carrier

For small to medium sized machines, the standard delivery service included is delivery by carrier.

We aim to deliver machines sent by carrier within 10 working days of receiving payment for UK mainland customers, subject to stock. Delivery times might be extended if it's a public holiday or exceptional circumstances.

Next day services are available whatever the size of your order - feel free to contact us for prices and availability.

Carrier delivery is by appointment. Once we process and despatch your order, the carrier will normally contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. This means you will have notice before delivery takes place as well as a choice of convenient delivery day.

Installation of optional equipment such as DRO or power feeds will require additional workshop time, which will lengthen the delivery time depending on our engineers' current schedule.

Carrier delivery process

• Heavier items of equipment will arrive on a pallet delivered by a carrier.

• The delivery vehicle size varies and can be a large truck. For reference, if a bin lorry can navigate around your address this vehicle is likely to fit too.

• The vehicle has a tail lift for off-loading.

• A pallet truck is used to move the machine from the vehicle to the roadside.

• A flat, smooth surface is essential for the pallet truck to traverse safely.

• Machines ordered with a stand are not mounted to the stand for delivery to ensure safe transit. This is due to the top heavy nature of the equipment.

• For this type of delivery, please note that the driver does not use lifting equipment or undertake installation. Where it applies, lifting the machine onto a stand or bench is the customer's responsibility.

• We recommend using an engine hoist for lifting a machine. These can be hired locally at a low cost.

Machinery delivery by Warco specialist transport

Warco specialist transport is available for delivery and placing equipment into the workshop.

For larger machines (such as the WM20 mill or GH1440 lathe) we would usually use specialist transport.

We're always happy to quote for delivery using our own transport if required. We would ask for a site questionnaire to be completed and then be pleased to submit a quotation.

Worldwide delivery

We can ship our products anywhere in the world. If you're located outside of mainland UK, you can contact us and we'll be happy to give you a delivery price to your location for the items you would like to buy.

We export large items such as lathes or mills worldwide by sea or air freight. Quotations are available based on FOB or C & F. EU deliveries are made by road transport.

UK VAT applies to EU customers unless you are VAT registered. All other destinations are free of UK VAT.
