We wanted to provide a brief update in relation to the coronavirus pandemic.
We're still operating as normal and open as usual.
All orders are still being processed as normal and our online store is still running 24/7.
The safety of both our customers and team will always be our biggest priority.
If you are visiting us in person we recommend the social distancing guidelines we've all now become so familiar with. As with other businesses like supermarkets and high street shops, we encourage a face covering, and if you don't have one we will be happy to provide one free of charge. We continue to despatch as normal, rest assured that any order placed with us is unaffected.
We haven't furloughed any of our brilliant staff.
We haven't taken any government loans.
We haven't taken any business rates relief.
We haven't taken any council grants.
We haven't taken a penny of any other government subsidy related to Covid-19 including the Jobs Retention Scheme or money for furlough.
We have retained all our team throughout the pandemic - on full salaries - without any cost to the tax payer.
We continue to monitor the situation and will keep this page updated if anything changes.
