Coronavirus update

We wanted to provide a brief update in relation to the coronavirus pandemic.

We've made a change with temporary restrictions for in-person visitors but we're otherwise still operating as normal.

Order processing

All orders are still being processed as normal and our online store is still running 24/7.

Showroom & in person visits

The safety of both our customers and team will always be our biggest priority.

Because of the coronavirus situation and in order to adhere to latest government guidelines, our showroom and premises are temporarily closed to customer in-person visits. Regulations have meant the enforced closure of non-essential businesses to the members of the public.

We've always prided ourselves on being much more than just a mail order company, and part of that includes the Warco showroom we've welcomed our customers to for decades now. This closure is only temporary and we will re-open as soon we're able to.

We will continue to assess the situation and will update this page when things change.

Contacting us by phone

While we're still open to receive calls, the number of staff we have onsite is reduced, which may have an impact on our availability over the phone at the moment. If you are finding that our phone lines are busy, we're very sorry. We would encourage you to contact us by email using the contact form or to leave an answer phone message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We continue to despatch as normal, rest assured that any order placed with us is unaffected.

Delivery services within the UK are generally running as normal. There has been a change at the point of delivery because of the new safe distance requirements. Postal workers and couriers no longer require a signature and instead a note of recipient name is taken.

Warco team

We haven't furloughed any of our brilliant staff.

We haven't taken any government loan.

We haven't taken any business rates relief.

We haven't taken any council grant.

We haven't taken any other government subsidy related to Covid-19 such as the Jobs Retention Scheme or any money for furlough.

We have retained all our team - on full salaries - without any cost to the tax payer.

We continue to monitor the situation and will keep this page updated if and when things change.

Please stay safe.
