We wanted to provide a brief update in relation to the coronavirus pandemic.
We've made a change from allowing in person visitors but we're otherwise still operating as normal.
The safety of both our customers and team will always be our biggest priority. Because of the unfolding situation with coronavirus, our showroom and premises are currently closed to members of the public. This means it won't be possible to view our products in person for the time being. This was a decision we reached before the government advice mandating the closure of most public spaces.
Update July 2020: We still remain closed to in person visitors. The safety of our customers and team still our biggest priority, so we are taking this precaution despite government guidelines permitting the opening of non-essential businesses. This will remain the case through the rest of the summer, we will reassess the situation in the autumn.
All orders are still being processed as normal and our online store is still running 24/7.
While we're still open to receive calls, the number of staff we have onsite is reduced, which may have an impact on our availability over the phone at the moment. If you are finding that our phone lines are busy, we're very sorry. We would encourage you to contact us by email using the contact form or to leave an answer phone message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Delivery services within the UK are generally running as normal. There has been a change at the point of delivery because of the new safe distance requirements. Postal workers and couriers no longer require a signature and instead a note of recipient name is taken.
We are currently experiencing high demand at the so our delivery times for some orders may be extended at the moment. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We haven't furloughed any of our brilliant staff.
We continue to monitor the situation and will keep this page updated if and when things change.
Please stay safe.
