These scales are provided for self fitting.

The slide carrier of this series of scales uses a five bearing design for the optical grating linear transducer which has been proven as the most reliable system design in today's market. The glass grating slideways are lapped and JIS standard P5 grade bearings are used to achieve smooth and accurate movement and long working life.

The GS30 scales feature small section design and are suitable for smaller lathes, especially on cross slide installation, and maximise cross slide travel on milling machines.

Scales are supplied for self fitting, but we also provide a fitting service for these optical glass scales in corporation with our range of digital readout counters - feel free to contact us for more details.

The GS10 Series ranges from 100mm to 1500mm, and the GS20 Series range from 100mm to 500mm.
