"I purchased my BV-20 lathe some time ago and experienced a fault with the 4 jaw chuck.  I sent back that part of the chuck for you to examine and replace.  You have in the meantime kindly sent a complete new 4 jaw chuck.  I thank you very much and I appreciate that every spare for every machine would be difficult to have in stock.  I am more than happy with the machine and of course your service.

These days service is a high prioirity for many customers.  People may be reluctant to buy products from a company they believe put price before service.  Service does put cost on the final product and I feel sure the balance between competitiveness and such service is not an easy one to deal with but thanks again for replacing the complete chuck.
