Showroom
You are welcome to visit our extensive showroom. An appointment is not necessary. Technical help is on hand to answer your questions.
Opening times are 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. 09.00 to 12.00 on Saturday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
During exhibitions we take showroom machines to the venue. If you are considering a visit to the showroom close to or during an exhibition please telephone to confirm when the machines will be returned to the showroom.

Payment
We require payment in full prior to despatch. Payment is not required until the goods are available for despatch except for bespoke machines, for instance, machines fitted with digital readout equipment, in which case payment will be required before the work is undertaken in our workshops.
Account facilities
Education and government establishments have open account facilities for settlement in 30 days from delivery date.

Export
We export worldwide by seafreight or airfreight. Quotations are available based on F.O.B. or C+F. E.U deliveries are made by road transport.U.K. v.a.t. applies to E.U. customers unless they are v.a.t. registered. All other destinations are free of U.K. v.a.t.

Delivery
Brochure prices include delivery to U.K. mainland. Goods ordered under £20 will be subject to a £3.50 surcharge. Small tooling and accessories are usually delivered within 5 days from receipt of credit/debit card orders - subject to stock.

Heavier items of equipment are delivered by carrier, on a tail lift vehicle for off loading. A pallet truck is used to move the machine from the off loading point to as close as possible to the final location. A flat, smooth surface is essential for the pallet truck to traverse safely. The delivery driver does not undertake installation. Machines ordered with a stand are not mounted to the stand for delivery due to the top heavy nature of the equipment. Lifting the machine/s on to a stand or bench is the responsibility of the customer.

Warren Machine Tools specialist transport is available for delivery and placing equipment in the workshop. If this service is required please ask for our site questionnaire, on completion of which we will be pleased to submit a quotation.

Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please return them within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Returns must be in original condition and packaging stating reason for return.

Products may not be returned after this period unless goods are proved to be faulty. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment selected on your order..

When returning goods, please clearly state the reason for return and your name address and postcode.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices.
Valid 1st May 2005
We strive to offer the best possible prices however we reserve the right to alter prices if there are increases over which we have no jurisdiction.

2. Late payment
We reserve the right to charge 3% over HSBC rates. Interest will commence from the delivery date up until the payment date. Interest will be compounded monthly.

3 Goods remain the property of Warren Machine Tools Ltd until payment in full is received.

4 Warranty.
12 months from delivery date. First six months to include parts and our labour costs. At our discretion warranty work during the first six months will be carried out on the customers premises or the goods will be returned to our works at our cost and re-delivered at our cost. Second six months, parts only, delivered at our cost.

5 We reserve the right not to accept an order.

6 We will not accept responsibility for any consequential losses arising from late delivery or after
sales issues.
