When you buy from warco.co.uk, all of your details are kept secure. We use a minimum of 256 bit SSL encryption throughout the order process.
During the order process, you can check the security of the page at any time by clicking on the padlock icon on your browser. This will confirm that you are using an encrypted connection and that your personal details are being kept safe.
For the processing of card payments, we use either Worldpay or Paypal. Both processors are market leaders with worldwide reputations for managing transactions with the highest levels of security and protection against fraud.
Transaction payments are handled independently by these payment processors on their own secure encrypted systems. We never store any credit card information.
Education, government and UK public sector establishments are always welcome to have open account facilities.
Payment terms are settlement in 30 days from delivery date.

For online orders, payment is automatically taken when you place an order. This also applies to in person orders using a card machine.
Otherwise, for example with orders placed over the phone, our policy is to process payment just before despatch.
Payment is taken only for machines which are in stock, and full payment is not due until the stock is available.
Payment is not required until the goods are available for despatch except for bespoke machines, for example those having digital readout equipment installed. In those cases, payment will be required before the work is undertaken in our workshops.
Payment in full is required before despatch for all orders, but you can pre-order any currently out of stock product without paying in advance.
