Postage and packaging within mainland UK is free for all orders over £30, with the following exceptions:

  • Orders for spare parts have a postage charge of £4.50 + VAT.
  • Stands or trays without a machine have a postage charge of £40 inc. VAT.

Postage and packaging to mainland UK destinations for orders less than £30 is £3.99.

Delivery Times

We always aim to despatch orders as soon as possible - for more details see below.

If you have any questions about delivery for an order you've placed, you can send us a message for an update here (Select 'Delivery' as the title of your message).

Alternatively, call our despatch department on 01428 682929 ext. 202.

Small Tooling Delivery

Small tooling orders are packed and despatched within 1-2 working days, and will generally arrive within within 3-5 working days for UK mainland customers from receipt of payment, subject to stock.

We use either DPD or UK Mail couriers for UK mainland small tooling deliveries.

Delivery times will vary if it's a public holiday or if we are attending or hosting an exhibition - in the busy period of the week before or after an event, there might be a delay in our usual despatch schedule.

Machinery Delivery by Carrier

For small to medium sized machines, the standard delivery price included is for delivery by carrier.

We aim to deliver machines sent by carrier within 5-10 working days of receiving payment for UK mainland customers, subject to stock. This will vary if we are attending an exhibition or if it's a public holiday.

Next day services are available whatever the size of your order - feel free to contact us for prices and availability.

Carrier delivery is by appointment. After we process and despatch your order, the carrier will get in touch before delivery to arrange a suitable date and time with you.

Installation of optional equipment such as DRO or power feeds will require additional workshop time, which will lengthen the delivery time depending on our engineers' current schedule.

Heavier items of equipment delivered by carrier will arrive on a pallet and a tail lift vehicle is used for off loading. A pallet truck is used to move the machine from the off loading point to as close as possible to the final location. A flat, smooth surface is essential for the pallet truck to traverse safely. For carrier deliveries, the driver does not use lifting equipment or undertake installation.

Machines ordered with a stand are not mounted to the stand for delivery due to the top heavy nature of the equipment. Lifting the machine(s) on to a stand or bench is the responsibility of the customer. An engine hoist is ideal for lifting a machine, and these can be hired locally for a low cost.

Machinery Delivery by Warco Specialist Transport

Warco specialist transport is available for delivery and placing equipment into the workshop. For larger machines (such as the WM20 mill or GH1322 lathe) we usually use our own transport.

Delivery times for these orders will vary according to our schedules - always feel free to contact us for more details.

We're always happy to quote for delivery using our own transport if required. We would ask for a site questionnaire to be completed, and then be able to submit a quotation.

Worldwide Delivery

We can ship our products anywhere in the world. If you're located outside of mainland UK, you can contact us and we'll be happy to give you a delivery price to your destination for the products(s) you would like to order.

We export large items worldwide by seafreight or airfreight. Quotations are available based on FOB or C & F.  EU deliveries are made by road transport.

UK VAT applies to EU customers unless you are VAT registered. All other destinations are free of UK VAT.

If you any other delivery questions, have an enquiry about an order already placed or if you would like an overseas shipping quote, feel free to contact us.

You can call our despatch department directly on 01428 682929 ext. 202.
